The Child Study Team functions as a resource to teachers, parents and children.  Serving many functions, the team works daily serving as case managers, counselors, teacher resource personnel and support to students.   The New Jersey Administrative Special Education Code dictates that this team be certified (all team members have their master degrees in their particular field) and be able to test children when necessary.
